E-cigarettes are creating a new source of pollution - Truth Initiative
This article is a quick and easy read. It is something that I have brought up in the past to various youth when I’m presenting. As that generation seems to be more focused on eco-friendly changes in our world than others, I always found it odd that they would be okay with single use plastics. Even the small bottles for refillable e-cigarettes are adding to our plastic use.
Cigarette butts are already the leading item polluting our world. They just may not stand out due to their size but the damage they’re causing is adding up. If you’ve ever heard the phrase, “count your pennies”, this can be looked at with the same meaning but with a negative connotation.
